I have 4 smart plugs and the Smart Life app on my Moto g8 phone. Recently (after the clocks went forward?), 2 of my plugs are switching on an hour later than set. Don't know when they switch off as I'm asleep. This problem hasn't arisen in previous years. Other than changing the schedule for these 2 plugs to switch on in GMT, can anyone think of a solution - or any reason why they have started to misbehave?
Hope this is the correct area to post this query.

Re: Smart Life and Teckin smart plugs
Clutching at straws, have you checked in the app that they're all at the same (and hopefully latest?) firmware revision - I can imagine that kind of behaviour being fixed/broken in firmware updates.

Re: Smart Life and Teckin smart plugs
I bought the 4 plugs in a single pack in Oct 2019. Not sure how I can check they have the same firmware.
Re: Smart Life and Teckin smart plugs
I think there are a number of technical things that could explain what you are seeing but very difficult to determine what the specific reason is unfortunately. Have you tried physically unplugging the offending plugs and plugging them back in a few minutes later to see if they reset themselves, which may take a day or so depending on how they get their time signal.

Re: Smart Life and Teckin smart plugs
Post the smart plugs actual model number e.g SP10/SP20 and then do a search for that model numbers user manual.
Also do a model specific search for the factory reset procedure (if you can't fix it any other way from the manual).
