Windows 10 computer, and an Amazon refurbishment bought about 2 years ago.
On startup I get the message
Invalid configuration information - please run set up program
To continue press F1 key
To change setup option press F2 key
To run onboard disgnostics press F5 key
If you press F1, t starts fine - but the clock is wrong for a few moments until it catches up.
F2, allowed me to set the clock, but it keeps forgetting the time at the next start up
F5. I did the full diagnostic run, but it came back clear and didnt seem to help.
A Google suggests that the internal clock battery has failed?
Would Fools agree? If so, is it fairly easy to change?
Other than than, the refurb is perfect for my useage - and a bit of a bargain when I bought it.
Many thanks!

Re: Warning on startup.
Could be a very simple job. I guess you might need a battery like a CR2032 replacement battery (Duracell.. a couple of quid). Remember to unplug from mains ( obviously ) and to note the warning at 1.20min into the short video regarding static and the need to dissipate it before touching the motherboard.
