I'm not clear what that does - not much as far as I can see. The ads pop back and then go blank again immediately.
Anyway, I shall go around fully refetching just to see what happens!
Well it should refetch the page from scratch, so overriding anything that the browser has cached, and it sorts it out for me when, after turning my ad blocking on and off, I get into a state where I get ad blank space. YMMV.
