Taking a bridge tap apart

HELP! Can't find a youtube video ...

we have a bridge tap in our kitchen. The hot side is dripping/running. Its not a washer but one of these "spin a biut riound 90 degrees" things.

You can tell I am very technically minded regarding plumbing.

We can get the whole upper unit off. Outr problem is getting to the gizmo that needs to be flipped through 90 degrees. We can unscrew the cover immediately below the tap handle - but it won;t come off because the tap handle is in the way. We can unscrew the tap handle from the tap handle body. But that tap handle body is still preventing full unscrew the cover.

There are no philips screws obvious that may be holding it in place.

Any ideas ?

Either:
1. There is a cap on the top of the tap handle body which should prize off or unscrew to reveal a screw head; or
2. The handle is clamped from the side where the handle lever screws on. If you unscrew the handle lever and remove the stud (and possibly a grub screw further up the same hole), you should be able to remove the handle body.

Mrs Didds took it to a local plumbers supplies, and asked the plumbers standing around in there to have a go. all sorted.

All much to the embarrassment of our son who drives for them who the plumbers then realised was her son
