I have marked almost all months, but I know that there are days which are or may be ruled out.

Currently the problem is funerals, which are cropping up frequently, on any day of the week. I have two next week for example, on Tuesday and Friday.

One of the problems of advancing years is the accelerating rate of friends succumbing to the grim reaper. 16 so far this year.

From 2nd week in September for me preferably.

Difficult to say by month - as an example early July is fine, but late July is 100% blocked out for me. The school summer hols start late July also, so not good for many. I think we should follow the French example and completely shut down for August.
Suggest we exclude the Fridays preceding the May bank hols, as many may take along weekend away

Agreed and I had intended to follow up with further Polls (to cover which day, where, what specialist wines are available etc) but June 2019*** is the clear winner at present, unless people change their votes or others attempt to sway the results. How about a Thursday in Flaming June or your early July but that clashes with Wimbledon (depending, perhaps, on the availability of the beach volleyball ex coach)?

With a further one provisionally set for September for those who can make it, to suit at least one of the two site Administrators but that can be arranged later in the year. On that front, does Clariman feel able to pick a precise date - possibly in a separate Topic?
