We did discuss other potential venues some time ago, and one possible easily accessible place is the Wetherspoons at St Pancreas International.
Might this be an alternative?

I've not tried it, so it might be worth a reconnaissance trip.

First day of summer* tomorrow, and
tempus fugit Next Friday (7th) is probably a bit too near
*meteorologically speaking

You could always try a Poll without a cut-off date and making it one of those changeable feasts.
Thus enabling voters to provide their latest views.
