TMF Shindigs, of which I never attended any, were in The Clachan off Carnaby St which is IMHO a fine Pub. Alternatively how about The Cittie of York, Chancery Lane? Anyway pencil me in........

I shall most likely be there, as long as you don't clash with another thing - I am busy 8th (actually......some ex TMF women are meeting that day, so we could bulk up the numbers before we go to dinner, and maybe after as well?).

Looks like we have a similar thing on 13th too, can't recall what that one is for. Tuesdays are a bit tricky for me, I have a recurring appointment 6pm to 7pm, though can come after that.

It's never easy picking a date (or location) that suits
Thursday nights at The Clachan seem to work OK , although some have found it a bit busy - but any central London pub that's quiet on a Thursday is probably awful
Anyways, no deadline so suggest away!
Somewhere within or near the Circle line,easily accessible from main stations ideally (the Clachan scores highly for location as its a short walk from Oxford Circus)

Maybe that's why I didn't make it to too many Fool socials as I coach a volleyball session every Thursday!

Ha ha, well it's not quite as easy at that old bean. It's an open session, people attend unannounced and may have travelled for miles to get there, so the session has to go ahead. Whether I can find a substitute coach is another matter...

Done, early, but I've no idea if the email address I hold is current. Will PM you if I get a response.

There's one or two other regulars (once a year, in recent times, is regular isn't it?) that I may also email when we are nearer the date.

No doubt Snorvey can contact his friend Benito, who can tell us more of the former's antics when he stayed with him.
