Yes OK, i accept that and apologise. I did search for a phrase I admit.

UPDATE: I got a letter back from the autism unit. As I am not a perceived danger to myself or others, and my level of autism is not life threatening, there is no further help available so its a case of "now I know, I just gotta get on with it" .

That's fine. I've been this way for five and half decades presumably so I'll manage for another two or three I'm sure. It does put a few things into context at least.
