This seems the right place to chat/waffle/rant...
How quickly the peace is shattered!
I am selling a property using mum's Power of Attorney.
The estate agent managed to get all the ID docs wrong and in a muddle somehow.
The solicitor seemed confused too and today someone else called to say she was taking it on from the original person, but is on annual leave from Thursday, so the original person will pick it up again then.
I've done two property transactions for myself and they were fine. Today, I see what the EA complaints are about...i'm sure any EAs reading are lovely, obvs.
There's something about this stuff that makes it hard to relax of an evening...thank you for listening. Tales of cats and gardening for soul soothing will be welcome!
