Gift Aid query

#138666

Postby XFool » May 12th, 2018, 10:30 pm

I handed in some clothes (on behalf of somebody else) at a charity shop today. They asked me: "Are you Gift Aid?"

I couldn't be bothered, thought it was all too complex for me and walked off. Just out of interest, how would this have worked in practice?

Thanks. So yes, sounds as if it is all too complicated for me to have bothered with. They weren't even mine, anyway...
