I may have asked this before. If so, I have forgotten the answer...

When I log on to my Personal Tax Account, why can I not see anything about my personal tax situation, payments, statements etc. unless I click on:

Business tax account
View and access your business taxes in one place

TIA.

Putting this another way: Is this normal? You access your account payment records in your online Personal Tax Account via the "Your Business Tax account" tab?

I'd need to check but ISTR something similar with my own log-on.

I just put it down to HMRC incompetence.
