I was aware of the treasury bills offer, I was going to wait and see how it developed before giving it much comsideration.

On the face of it, and if there's plenty of issuance, the new issues route feels like it would be more interesting.

I am still in the watch and see mode as far as it goes. But I do appreciate any opportunities in this area.

No dealing charges and trading at the average price

Or you could prefer to pay dealing charges and a (large) retail spread. Can you explain the attractions of the latter?
