:evil: Complete bargepole territory IMHO.

No contact details, nothing other than the one page as far as I can see viewing on a mobile.

Website owned only since April 2017 by a Henry Bezoya apparently from Liverpool but Google doesn't give anything obvious to suggest he is reputable bond broker...

At some time in the past I held Rolls Royce shares in certificated form. That makes the register of shareholders public and if a third party can establish your phone number, you might get the odd call. I had one about Rolls Royce not so long ago, but once I said I no longer held RR shares, the call was ended. It may be totally unconnected to this attempt to sell bonds or whatever fraud or data collection is envisaged.
