I attended the AGM this morning, as I have a holding in a Bare Trust for one of my grandchildren.
Julian Cane gave a very upbeat report, covering both recent performance and the last 20 years, since he became Fund Manager. Using the FTAS as a benchmark, it has done consistently better than the index, with only the odd year of underperformance. A good question and answer session, and with the usual light attendance there was a good chance to discuss things with the Directors afterwards.
