AJ Bell - ADIG
Does anyone hold Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth (formerly BIST formerly BSET)?
Have you received the dividend that was paid today, because I haven't.
Hargreaves have credited it in the account I have with them, not sure why the delay at A J Bell.

All others due yesterday were paid, eg TMPL, just missing ADIG.
Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
Yes, I had TMPL, IMB, HICL and MUT paid
Missing PLI and SLI.. Maybe they bunked off early for Easter!

I'm missing a couple as well. I guess a Bank Holiday at quarter end makes it a busy time.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
I had PGIT and FCPT paid yesterday.
I always used to have a late payment from FCPT and I queried AJ Bell regarding this. They tried to fob me off with some bumf saying that the money was probably received late from the registrar.
I pointed out that I held FCPT in an account with another broker, my wife held FCPT with yet another broker and my brother held the shares in certificated form and that all of these accounts were paid on the due date.
AJ Bell then came back to me and said that in that case it was delays in their back office and that they would keep an eye on it. Since then all dividends have been showing in my account on the correct pay day.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
May switch my SIPP to HL as when in drawdown there is very little in it cost wise when using IT's.

Absent from both my SIPP and ISA at AJ Bell.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
SLI dividend, due last Thursday, has still not appeared in Youinvest SIPP.
I emailed them this morning about this but have yet to receive a reply.
Payment went into H-L ISA on the day.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
I called AJ Bell Youinvest this morning about the PLI dividend. They blamed the fact that lots of dividends were due on the 29th March and they're very busy with the tax year end. I was told they only commit to paying dividends within 5 working days of the payment date. Despite me countering that in the hundreds of (sterling) dividends I've had over the last few years I can barely remember a single one that wasn't paid on the payment date, they only committed that I would have it by the end of the week.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
You'd think it would be a computerized procedure to allocate dividend payments to each account according to the holding of the account. It must be partly manual.

No issues with HL who must have more clients. May wait for a cashback offer from www.hl.co.uk and move my SIPP to them.

Re: AJ Bell - ADIG
The elusive PLI dividend just been paid in my AJ Bell Youinvest SIPP and ISA, 3 working days late.
Of course dated 29/03/2018 in my cash statement, so no evidence there of any issue.
