Not that I know of. But if you equate "debt free" with "cash rich" then Apple, Google, MicroSoft, Oracle and Cisco probably have more net cash than every other company combined. Healthcare and Consumer staples names also have cash as can be seen here:

So I'd look at ETFs in Tech, Healthcare and Staples.
