Re: INVESCO Perpetual Enhanced Income IPE
Yes, I'm thinking of buying. I'm no expert but to maintain my overall asset allocation I need more fixed income and IPE came up on the radar.
I added them to a "thought list" over the weekend, but didn't actually get around to implementing the purchase today as I had planned to.
However, this announcement has made me think again. In the end, an investment trust is only as good as its manager and board.

Re: INVESCO Perpetual Enhanced Income IPE
Isn't there still a large premium on IPE?

Re: INVESCO Perpetual Enhanced Income IPE
As of today, the premium is 3.2%, down from about 8% a week or so ago.
The FE risk score is 55, the lowest of all the bond ITs ( compared to 100 for the FTSE 100).
It seems to me that new managers will probably do as well as the previous ones did.
So my conclusion is, if you want an income portfolio, or a balanced portfolio, now is a reasonable time to buy IPE.

I did buy some yesterday for 75p...which I'm fairly happy about...only time will tell.
HL seem to be behind the curve when it comes to updated info on IT's
