Now that I've had the money through from the JLIF sale, I'm mulling what to buy. And finding it surprisingly difficult! I already hold 3IN and HICL, and am leery of buying more BLND and HMSO. I already hold PHP, ESP, ASLI, BBOX, and EBOX, so probably quite enough specialist REITs.
RGL and WHR are possibilities, but a bit on the small side.
Thoughts, anyone?

MDW, I bought GCP Infrastructure, in the same sector, with my proceeds of JLIF.. Dividend yield: 6% though now at a premium of 12%.
If you want something in another sector, - e.g. property, then RGL is a thought. Lovely dividend.

Thanks, Richfool. I'm more familiar with GCP's student housing stuff than its infrastructure stuff, so that's an interesting suggestion. Maybe a 50-50 splits between GCP and RGL? Who knows. Time for some research, anyway.

Re: What to buy with my JLIF capital?
I sold my JLIF holdings as soon as the news broke a few months ago and the SP surged. I swapped the proceeds immediately into JLEN.
I wanted to retain my asset allocation and to protect my income stream. The yield for both is similar.

Not sure that I thanked you for this. If not, "thank you" the old-fashioned way, by typing the words!
