Vanguard ETFs (Exchange traded funds)

A previous thread (New IT selection) suggested Vanguard All World High Yield fund (VHYL) as an alternative to the likes of City of London IT (CTY).

I notice that it operates in USD though.

Can I buy it in small amounts in a self select ISA and it pay out divs just like an IT please?

I think this is a London listed ETF so no problem.

If it is a US stock then HL says you can save 50% of the US tax on overseas stocks but need to complete a W-8BEN form.https://www.hl.co.uk/shares/share-dealing/overseas-share-dealing-service#forms
