Anyone thinking about Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust?
Target returns seem on the low side (CPI+1-2%) but the portfolio is mainly bond type instruments such as loans against social housing. Some overlap with what's already available via Triodos/Ethex/Resonance in terms of lending to charities etc.
Positives for me are uncorrelated bond like returns and the social impact factor.
