Franky there is nothing in this report (and others like it) that a reasonably intelligent investor would not know or could find out easily enough.

I've held CTY for quite a long time. I enjoyed the Kepler recap and reminded me that Curtis Job will probably retire in the near future. His length of tenure is commented on several times. Maybe I should keep a closer eye on CTY and Job's potential successor, David Smith, about whom I know nothing.
