Just a quick warning, but having given this a quick scan regarding the 'Income Investing' section, I found some of the figures a little odd.
Taking one example (Schroder Income Growth) -
All my normal Investment Trust links seem to have Schroder Income Growth on a yield of around 3.8% currently -

Even Schroder's own fund document aligns with a 3.7% yield -

That's probably enough of a discrepancy for me to mistrust any other figures in this document that people might use to help make their investment decisions.
Not a criticism of the OP, by the way, and I do appreciate these things are posted with good faith.
Be careful out there...
