Anyone else hold this one? Small specialist Berlin domestic property IT (a lot of profits still to be had from developing and selling on residential blocks in the former east of the city). It has had a barnstorming performance (I'm up around 125% in a couple of years) but is being proposed to be brought out and wound up (at another profit on current value):

TALIESIN PROPERTY has announced that they have reached agreement on the terms and conditions of a recommended all cash acquisition by Wren Bidco Limited and Canary Bidco Limited by way of Scheme of Arrangement.

Under the terms of the offer shareholders of TALIESIN PROPERTY will receive EUR51.00 in cash for each ordinary share held.

It is expected that the Scheme will become effective in the first quarter of 2018 subject to the customary shareholder, court and regulatory approvals.

Sad to see this one go. I note also it is the largest holding (at 8.1%) in the Miton Global Opps IT that I also hold (and which has also done very well recently), so it will have a potentially big effect on it depending on what Nick Greenwood buys to replace it.
