News for ITs Interactive Investor/DigitalLook
Is anyone else seeing RNS news stopping updating for most ITs on 17th January on Interactive Investor/DigitalLook/Webfg.com? Any ideas as to what is up - webfg seems to comes up with a SW script error when diving into the news items that you can see?

Re: News for ITs Interactive Investor/DigitalLook
Yes - I have noticed this problem recently on the Interactive Investor research boards. Sometimes a Number shows under News indicating that there are news Items (usually RNS reports), but if you click on it, no up-to-date items appear. If I'm sufficiently curious, I login to LSE to check out the RNS there.

Re: News for ITs Interactive Investor/DigitalLook
RNSs were missing from the new WFG summary pages to which DL now defaults, but they recified that and they are there now AFAIAA. Somewhat more awkward to read however as the WFG RNS pages include unnecessary trash.
(There are still other things missing, such as trades data.)

Yes, I emailed them about it but got no reply. But, I found out accidentally that the the data and the old Digital Look format can be viewed by going to 'Real Time' from the LH menu and then 'Quotes and Trades'. Now search for the company you want, choose 'Trades' and the old DL window appears!

They were (unusually) replying for the first few days but I guess the level of feedback got the better of them and they went awol as usual.

Thanks. Can't see that LH menu option (maybe they've removed it) but can find similar at bottom of page under 'Research+'
What do you think of the huge WFG text size and layout? (I'm viewing on desktop PC.)

Agreed, it's 'yet another' evolution intended to suit people on mobile phones, but IMO it's useless on a desktop.

There are an awful lot of:
"OK
The document has moved here."
and
"We're sorry but there has been an error loading this page. Please use the back button on your browser to go back to the last viewed page."
errors occuring recently too.

Re: News for ITs Interactive Investor/DigitalLook
Further to the problems reported above, I just checked the public view version of my III portfolio, and it came back with a blank page, apart from the message:
The logged-in portfolio view has the same message at the top, but this time displays all the assets with News etc, but has no current pricing data except for OEICs and UTs.
They seem to have had quite a few issues with their website in recent weeks. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
Presently, we are missing data for the following: LSE Investment Trusts; LSE ETFs; LSE Bonds; LSE

I have been suffering the same fate. However I have several check portfolios, and intriguingly, yesterday evening, some of them had the above problem, while others had not. So it looks like their data feed was ok, but the problem lay in distributing the data to the portfolios. As you said - multiple problems, which presumably will get fixed. The missing RNS problem seems to have been fixed.
