That is a summary of things that they have said before. All sensible stuff. I am not sure why they are still pushing their active funds though. Tiny market cap and dismal performance when I last looked. To win salivating punters, you have to start up lots of managed funds, and just advertise the one that did best (when nobody was holding it). Vanguard is too honest for that.
