Which virtual Portfolio for performance information

#372414

Postby MickR » January 2nd, 2021, 4:56 pm

Hi

I've been using the Trustnet Portfolio tools for the last few years to keep track of my various investments, and track their performance. I settled on the Trustnet site as they included SL pension funds as well as standard UK funds and shares, and could provide performance figures for 1,3, 6, 12 and 36 Months. However, as I've moved into a more international portfolio over the last couple of years, with US and European shares, I've discovered I cant add these to my portfolios. this wasn't too bad to start with, but I'm now at over 10% of my portfolio in non UK stocks

So, can anyone recommend a virtual portfolio that provides performance stats for different time periods, and I can add UK and US stock, UK funds and ETF's?

thanks

Mick

I use Morningstar Portfolio manager tool (the free version), but if you want X-ray your portfolio you have to pay a monthly fee. Cheers, Adam

I use Trustnet, which is useful if you have a combination of shares and funds.

Yeah, I use Trustnet, I like the fact I can use the graphs and has a greater range of performance metrics. However, I cant add US stocks into the portfolio, so its getting messy when I want to compare the performance of all of my investments
