Finally I sussed it... sort of...
I added the six shares I could of mine from its drop down list. It didn't have the rest. When I added my own in, it didn't function (only because I'm not conversant with spreadsheets and obviously hadn't correctly followed input instructions from the pages 10-11).
... so just to get a yield figure, I kept adding the AA share with the correct button and then altering the name and figures to suit my own portfolio.
It gave a predicted yield of 3.6% overall so that was the figure I really wanted, so thank you very much.
