To dig up an oldish thread..
I straight line motorway bends sometimes - not where it might block traffic from behind. more a bit of light entertainment.
So sometimes you stick on cruise control, but you are closing pathetically on a car in front (no one behind remember) so you minimise the distance via a few uses of the bends and voila, your infront.

I could just accelerate, but I think its cheaper (more efficient),and im using the middle lane for much less time.

relieves the boredom...
