If I have a flat tyre, I just unbolt the wheel, rotate it so that the flat part is toward the top, then refit it.

I'm finding this quite confusing.......if one is unfortunate enough to have a flat tyre isn't it the responsibility of the chauffeur to organise alternative onward transport and repairs ?
One wouldn't employ a gardener or housekeeper and expect to look after things oneself !
