Does this engine have any redeeming features? It seems to have quite a bad reputation, one way or another.
On the other hand, it seems to be fitted in the majority of Fiestas, Focuses and Pumas these days, so they can't all be blowing up at the slightest opportunity.
Are they OK if looked after?
(I'm tending to be looking at the 125BHP version)
