Was he banned for his gross incompetence as he presided over the catastrophic collapse of Co-op Bank? No, he was banned because he had used his work email for sexually explicit messages, discussing illegal drugs and using his Co-op provided mobile to call premium rate chat lines. Funny old World.

Well, somebody got fired for "liking" a tweet that criticised his employer, so these days it seems you get fired for social media solecisms but not for outright fraud.
