Does anyone have any detailed knowledge about the above (beyond what is in the media) such as who the parties are. If there are copies of the claim form that would be interesting. I might go into the courts myself to get one when in London.

The article names Barclays, Lloyds and Royal Bank of Scotland along with Deutsche Bank and UBS.
It's on behalf of "39" US banks that the FDIC (US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) had to rescue.
Presumably there are more accused banks than the five named.
