Behind Her Eyes. Netflix

I don’t normally like to link reviews as seeing a film fresh so to speak without any knowledge whatsoever beforehand can be refreshing and surprising.
Well you will either love this or hate this one. Me, I’m still thinking about it and if you can work the ending out, well good luck with that one. Only 6 episodes I think and builds to a bizarre climax. That’s all I am saying. But for those that like a bit of sci-fi thrown into the mix, hold on to your forces. Rating, I don’t know, as I had to find out what really was going on and was totally perplexed but the acting was pretty damned good. One for discussion once seen perhaps?

Just watched it and I thought it excellent. Not really sci-fi more pyscho-drama with hints of supernatural. It kept my daughter and me interested over a two night binge.

Entertaining ( but I guessed the ending!).

I'd ask at what point - but that would hard without spoilers I'd imagine ;)

We watched it over three nights this week and really enjoyed it

I thought it did a very good job of the set ups, shifts in tone/genre, and reveals as it went on
this is probably what sustained our interest over the first half lending a bit more interest to what seemed a cheesy (albeit very well acted) plot

And it gave a good display of two very different attempts at putting on a Scots accent
- young Ned Stark sounded like he was a native
- the other guy sounded like his was based on having had a pint with a guy from Livingston once ;)

All in all though it was a very enjoyable and novel watch; and probably would have passed it by if I hadn't glanced at this thread

thanks
