Pokemon-The Movie.

The worst experience of my life but one, for parents of children of a certain age at the time, which was obligatory.

A friend of my wife's found it so bad she abandoned husband and son in the cinema, nipped out to the foyer to use the facilities and did not return until the film was finishing.

Made even worse as was shown as a double feature.

Reds. 3 hours of people sitting around in smoky rooms talking about communism in the USA in the 1930s. Mind numbing.

We had it at the university film club. I lasted 15 Minutes. ONE person watched until the end. The poor projectionist had to stick it out because of that

Oh, I forgot I once had a year of weekly free cinema tickets to the local three screen fleapit, and as films don't change that often you ended up going to see some right tosh. Even if it was free and a cheap date. Poltergeist 4. That one stands out as a particular low light.

Wrong, wrong wrong.

The worst film ever is undoubtedly, objectively and irrefutably the blasphemous and entirely unnecessary Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I agree with you barring the occasional and short good bits within a film so bad they devoted far too long on the bit where they all queued up for something.

The two good bits are:
The tiny section when they went into improbability drive and all turned into knitted characters (possibly 6-10 seconds long).
The longer section where they travel on a rail through the factory floor. Visually it is moderately impressive.

I saw the DVD in a charity shop a few days ago and I felt sorry for whoever makes the mistake of buying it.

Suicide Squad.
JK, I've seen worse, but I can't really remember right now.
But this is pretty much the only movie that made me walk out of the movie theater in the middle of it. Also, the dissonance between the trailer and the movie itself was way too big for me to handle.

"Dunkirk" the 2017 war film, everything about it was just very third rate - Im guessing not one person involved had any experience of wartime.

I three enjoyed Dogma. I mean, not just because of Salma Hayek making me feel funny. Though it seems to be one of those films that's on telly, and you find it about half way through, not sure I've ever watched it all.

Tried to watch The Festival the other day, "starring" some bloke from The Inbetweeners, the one that's always pathetically trying to get with this girl he loves but who doesn't love him. Who goes to a festival, and is trying to get back with his girl that dumped him "hilariously" in the first five minutes. It was so weak. I get you have to set the scene, so maybe it was just getting going when I turned it off in boredom and a complete indifference to any of the characters. Maybe it was aimed at a different audience to me. Maybe that it's on Netflix not that long after its cinema release tells us something else.

Anything with "Barbie" in the title.

Unless you are 9, and frankly I am really questioning DMJrJrJr's upbringing here*.

(*yes, I am 50% responsible for her upbringing)

#4 plus vote for Dogma, so must be 'marmite' rather than objectively bad !

Not to mention all these foreigners talking earnestly in subtitles. What was the world coming to?

Probably something to do with the EU.
