I don't think you can be done for using a mobile in a stationary car in a studio.
I thought it wasn't bad for an off-the-cuff unscripted programme.

Except they're driving around in a real car on real roads
I always assumed they were on a low trailer, as there would be lots of camera gubbins blocking the window. Woah! Turns out I'm right! Check out the cameras on that!
