Rolling Thunder Revue

Even if you are not a Bobcat - this is an amazing movie. This 'documentary' about the Bob Dylan 1975/76 tour is directed by Martin Scorsese and actually titled Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story. Indeed I would emphasise the latter half of the title. It is part current day (2019) documentary, part concert film, part flights of fantasy. It contains superb concert footage with the divine Joan Baez as well as Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell, Roger McGuinn, Scarlet Rivera (the amazing electric violin player dancing up a storm) etc. Throw in Allen Ginsberg, Ratso, Sharen Stone being seduced by Dylan playing Just Like a Woman, Rubin Hurricane Carter etc ....

The Great Man being interviewed by Scorsese is a hoot. On Netflix for free.
