2/10. Pointless re-working of Stephen KIng's novel about a dangerous clown menacing small-town USA (no, not Donald Trump, it's set in the 80's).

I remember enjoying the TV mini-series with Tim Curry as the scary clown. This film trots out all the cliches - chopper bikes, misfit kids, older bullies with their flash car, and far too many "scary" set-pieces to make it a very long and tedious 2 1/4 hours.
