AndyPandy answer no assumes that AndyPandy only knows of a good GDPR consultant when the data/information is in AndyPandy's business capacity.
If knowing the information in AndyPandy's personal capacity then GDPR doesn't apply. In which case the answer might still be no if the question were assumed to be about whether the consultant is good.
