I don't know about you, but i find these jokes about Jo Brand to be rather corrosive

A police spokesman has said he can't be positive Jo Brand will be charged…

it’s split the nation, this issue. People are poles apart.

Word has it she’ll end up in a cell.

OK, so who hasn't made a joke about giving politicians a dose of what they deserve? Even if it's only glorifying terrorists by comparing Guy Fawkes favourably to others who have entered Parliament.

Damn. As I wrote five years ago in connection with some political nonsense, Wouldn’t it be good to kill a politician by burning at the stake? I could update that to Today's Big ****, but Boris for all his faults isn't a snowflake who's going to claim it as a serious threat.
