Ronald Reagan liked to tell a good joke.
One of his favourites was about the Russian car buying experience.
A Russian couple walk into the local Lada Car Showroom
After a short discussion they decide to purchase a new Lada.
The salesman informs them that delivery will be in ten years time. Unmoved they pay in full and ask for a receipt.
Before leaving they ask the salesman if the car will be delivered in the morning or afternoon. Looking quite bewildered the salesman responds look it's ten years, what difference does morning or afternoon make over that time?
They looked over at him and informed him that the plumber was coming in the morning.
