A Post Office van pulled alongside my car and the driver wound down his window and yelled "Have you got the time mate?"
I replied "between 1pm and 5pm"

Re: Time
I would disagree. They are the only outfit that refuses to leave any parcels on my doorstep as repeatedly requested. They are truly hopeless in Tunbridge Wells. When I get home it takes me an hour to the nearest sorting office and back. Never again. I now check every online supplier and only use them if they don't use Royal Mail.brightncheerful wrote:In case you didn't know, it's Royal Mail that delivers mail

Re: Time
In case you didn't know, it was intended as a joke, not to open up a protracted dialogue about the regulatory bodies charged with delivering mail or their shortcomings, although I concede that the humour lies within their inherent inadequacies.
