"Reception Distance: ≤20m/65.6ft"

So you need to to be next to the transmitting aerial. Not very useful

Blimey it looks a bit like the "Dan Dare Space Radio Station"* I lusted after endlessly as a six-year-old, that my parents would NOT buy me for Xmas or my birthday, saying it was too expensive.

But the brat next door's parents did. And then he would NOT let me play with it. The bar steward.

Bitter? Moi?!

* Or something like that.

Or, for only three quarters of the price, Tandy (aka "Radio Shack") would sell you something that looked fairly similar but couldn't get much more than Radio 1 at one and a half watts. On a calm day. In the dry. With not too much crackle. Until the aerial fell off. :(
