This (Thurs) morning’s post contained:
- a healthy-living ‘avoid hypertension’ plan from my GP
- an offer for a ‘wonderful saw palmetto’ formulation for prostate problems (I don’t have prostate problems)
- a plug for a local care home
- an advert for direct cremation
Nothing else.
I made me feel sooo happy.

Stair lifts, pre-payment funerals, Bide-a-Wee care home brochures, incontinence aids, coach trips to Budleigh Salterton. No doubt about it, somebody's got your age group. (Or thinks they have.) You haven't been buying car insurance from Saga, have you?
Back in the bad old days when I used to teach in a rough part of Brum, getting a phone call from an undertaker was a sure sign that you'd annoyed some little scrote in class 2XS. It wasn't quite as extreme as finding a horse's head on the doormat, but it could be quite disconcerting all the same.

"bungeejumper".... I used to teach in a rough part of Brum
You'll have to be more specific...that just about covers the whole of Brum (or should that be the hole of Brum)
