Notice in an A & E Department:
'No head injury is too trivial to be ignored'.
That's good isn't it? The NHS in action.

I was trying to think of a better way to put it.
Perhaps -
'
A head injury should never be ignored, no matter how trivial'
or even simply -
'
No head injury should be ignored'...

No head injury is so trivial as to be ignored.
