Right, cause what's better for the environment - running the tumble dryer a couple of hours a week or hanging them on the line (which I can normally manage for 8 months of the year).

Wash, rinse, and strut around for a couple of hours like Mr Wet T Shirt. Women swoon, planet saved. No need for drying or ironing, surely?

Or compromise and tumble dry for best results, but only wash it once a year.
