Standing Up

When the play is live at a sporting event DON'T BLOODY STAND UP.

And if you have to because somebody else is a bloody rude pillock and wants to go to the bar for the 17th time this half, THEN SIT DOWN AGAIN !

The same goes for cinema, theatre !

Being vertically challenged myself I heartily endorse your plea. I've found that if a polite request is ignored it pays to be wearing a brooch with a long pin which inserted into the buttocks of the offender gets their attention straight away.

And don't wear big hats.

Thank god affro haircuts have out of fashion. I went to a concert many years ago and my seat was directly behind a lady with a massive affro. I couldn't see a thing. It was a sell out so I couldn't change seats. If I'd had hair clippers with me she wouldn't have had that hair style for long.
