What did I do to deserve this?

Last week I bought a bit of garden netting from Ebay, to support my sweet peas. Total cost £2.69, and very good it seems to be, too.

Today I received an email from Ebay, saying that my purchase of the aforementioned netting would be ideally complemented by the following:

* Four sticky paper fly traps.

* Three wooden cats, apparently for deterring birds.

* A five litre insecticide spray.

* A digital tyre inflator.

* A pair of flip-flop sandals.

* Some luxury towels for my bathroom.

* A boombar for my TV set.

* A gas barbecue.

* A plus-size lacy brassiere, in black.

A special Lemon Fool prize awaits the most plausible explanation for eBay's suggestion that there's a causal/connecting link between these things?

When I saw the topic title, I thought you were talking about the outstanding snooker in the world championship final currently on TV. Just achieved 100 x 100's. :o ;)

Sssssh, not so loud. Do you really want the Google robot sending you ads for a pocket billiards set?

Nine other people bought the garden netting together with one of the other items so their algorithm has been collecting data and now anybody who buys garden netting gets this growing list. :roll:

Presumably based on your, ahem, search history.

Scandalous sir, how dare you? You will be hearing from my solicitor in due course. :evil: I'll have you know that I have never in my entire life searched, nor wished to search, for a wooden cat.

Bah!

Well, given some are for gardening type products the bra is obviously required for supporting large tomato trusses (have heard of them used for prize tomatoes) and of course black absorbs heat which helps their ripening.
