There's so many vehicles there now, I'm expecting them to paint lines and a disabled parking bay on their paved over front garden, similar to what you'd find on your average NCP car park.

If Jimmy is in an area in "serious water stress", informing the water provider of excessive water use will result in a meter being installed.
