What was hilarious was that she never let go of her trolley!
I could imagine my mother doing exactly the same in that situation.

Can you imagine someone nicking your shopping while you're hanging there. The ultimate humiliation. I'd do the same in her position. LOL

I think that she instinctively grabbed it to stop herself going up - likely a reflex action.
She took the world fame really well. And seems sprightly for her age.
