The Lemon Fool

I guess I didn't log into the Fool for a while. I took a look a while ago trying to find a new dealing platform. The site looked a bit commercial, I figured I'd get back to it.

I took a look today and couldn't find the log in area. I actually had to do a search to find out that the Fool has decided that forum members can basically go away. Saw the link to this place. Here I am.

If you remember the TMF boards, you've ended up posting on what would have been classified as a 'Fool Fringe' board. Here be dragons or, at least, those with a warped unusually refined sense of humour.

If that's not to your taste then pull up a chair, have a biscuit, and introduce yourself to The Biscuit Bar board.

Likely related to the popularity of Facethingy, or that other one.

Plus, some posters have probably reappeared under new names.

Curiously, the Pedantic Bleeders board oft has bursts of busyness and Bitter Lemons (FKA Grumpy Old Persons) is still fairly popular.

Now there's an interesting question. Where's the other one?

Facethingy is quite handy for keeping in touch with far flung friends, but hardly a sensible place to discuss irregular reccing patterns.

Tweeter is a reasonable tool for keeping track of specific interests, but unless you want to troll a celeb, hardly a place to have a sensible discussion about deluvvy detectors.

Instantagram is a bit like when McMurph used to post photos at Skunks, and seems to be doing a great job of making our teenagers obsess over appearances, as opposed to having meaningful discourse about sweaty plums as you get closer to the landmark.

Snipsnapchat has already been commercialised and Instantagram allows their own snipsnapclips

Perviscope is likely to remain a minority interest with competition from facethingy live

Possible but I don’t think so. We exchange occasional emails and I have drawn his attention to LF, but while he thought it looked “promising”, he was preoccupied with other matters.

Not seen any posts with his distinctive style, either.
